At Tech Mahindra Pvt Ltd, I act as the dedicated Google Workspace Super Admin, managing enterprise tenant configurations and user access. I also administer Office 365 and Exchange Online, including user management and license assignment.
I implement email security protocols such as DKIM, SPF, and DMARC, and configure DLP, MFA, and Conditional Access Controls. I’ve also administered Google Vault retention policies and responded to spam and phishing outbreaks.
I support users with email delivery issues, IMAP integrations, AODocs, and internal applications. My work includes integrating third-party services through Okta SSO and SAML, and enforcing mobile device management policies.
