At Innovative Techhub Pvt. Ltd., I manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, including accounts, permissions, licenses, and core services such as Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.

I also manage Microsoft Compliance Centre operations, including retention policies, audit logs, eDiscovery, legal holds, and content searches. My work includes handling DLP and email threat policies, integrating third-party apps with Azure AD for SSO, and managing email archiving and backup.

Previously, at Team Computers Pvt. Ltd., I managed Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services and supported customers with technical and compliance issues. I handled user accounts, mailbox permissions, email delivery troubleshooting, migrations, and device enrollment.

For Google Workspace, I managed user accounts and organizational units, supported Gmail and other Workspace products, and troubleshot delivery and access issues. I’m looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where I can keep learning and contribute to the company’s success.
