I am an engineering graduate and Exchange/Microsoft 365 administrator with hands-on experience supporting enterprise clients including DuPont and Corteva.

I have managed Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes, Dynamic Distribution Lists, transport rules, and tenant license administration while using PowerShell to automate tasks and apply mailbox delegations.

My work emphasizes email hygiene, anti-spam measures, Proofpoint integration, DNS records (SPF, MX, A, AAAA, PTR), and troubleshooting mail delivery using message headers and tracking.

I am service-oriented, experienced with ServiceNow ticketing, SLAs, daily service reviews and CAB calls, and maintain documentation and compliance while recommending maintenance and upgrades.
