What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead regulatory strategy end-to-end—turning policy into compliant operations, partnering cross-functionally, and strengthening deal risk decisions to support responsible growth.

I’m a Senior Director of Regulatory and Compliance, solely responsible for due diligence and regulatory compliance across a U.S. property portfolio of over 1,500 units. I build alignment between regulatory requirements and business execution by partnering across teams and stakeholders.

I drive special projects and serve as a liaison for supply/sales and legal to source new deals and understand the company risk involved. I acquire and maintain licenses across the portfolio, and I act as a crucial municipality liaison for short term rental ordinance compliance and policy initiatives across the United States.

Previously, I managed electric vehicle charging projects by applying for over 20 grants to develop electric vehicle chargers throughout the country. I also led wireless telecommunications site acquisition work for clients such as AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless, overseeing drawing review, site surveys, subconsultants, and the full documentation package needed to secure approvals.

Earlier in my career, I supported energy efficiency education and outreach through the Center for Neighborhood Technology, contributing to $1 million in utility-managed programs. I also worked with Travis County’s CDBG program, helping design community development efforts and producing written reports and recommendations to strengthen program outcomes and public engagement.
