I’m looking for a role where I can apply predictive modeling and data cleaning to create practical insights, while using my customer-first mindset to solve problems, communicate clearly, and support teams with reliable, detail-oriented execution.

I’m a data analyst who gathers and organizes information from databases, spreadsheets, surveys, and external data sets, then turns it into insights through predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes. I manage and maintain databases for efficient storage and retrieval, and I clean and preprocess data to remove errors, inconsistencies, and missing values.

Alongside analytics, I’ve built strong customer service foundations by answering inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, resolving complaints, and following up to ensure issues are fully addressed with accurate records.
