I’m a hospitality professional with 10+ years of experience in event management, catering, sales coordination, and café operations. I’m known for managing client relationships, coordinating logistics, and delivering seamless guest experiences.

In my recent role, I led onsite teams during events to ensure smooth execution, prepared and finalized BEOs, timelines, and staffing plans, and coordinated banquet staffing to match coverage and service quality. I maintained store compliance with Department of Health standards and managed operational details like inventory levels and weekly inventory reports.

I also supported sales initiatives by coordinating with event planners on logistics and event details, following up with incoming leads, and assisting with initial event merchandising and retail displays. I increased average ticket size and maintained weekly sales exceeding $32K, while training and onboarding new staff members to help teams deliver consistently.

Earlier, I coordinated online catering orders and large-scale catering execution, communicating with clients and managing delivery scheduling. I used Microsoft Excel and Tripleseat (event sales & CRM) to create kitchen orders and track orders, and I monitored and increased catering sales while supporting the event department in coordinating events.
