What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fully remote position in customer support, virtual assistance, content or communication.

In my current Waitress & Barista role in Italy, I provide customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment and handle day-to-day guest requests. I also support order management, front-of-house operations and customer communication.

Through retail and freelance work, I’ve assisted international customers, managed client communication and appointments, and developed a personal long-form book project. I’m interested in customer support, virtual assistance, content writing and communication-focused roles, and I’m currently seeking a fully remote position.
