I’m a program and operations professional experienced in coordinating events, managing multi-stakeholder schedules, and building organized systems that keep teams running efficiently. I’m known for clear communication, strong follow-through, and handling competing priorities without dropping the ball.

As a Program Coordinator & Athletic Coach at Halifax Academy, I plan and execute 10+ school-wide events annually—coordinating logistics, vendor communications, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement for students, families, and faculty. I also oversee athletic programming for 50+ student-athletes across 3 sports, managing participation tracking, compliance, scheduling, and program operations in parallel.

In this role, I serve as a primary point of contact for parents, faculty, and administration, managing inbound/outbound communications via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues and maintain stakeholder satisfaction. I develop and maintain scheduling systems for practices, competitions, and school events to improve operational efficiency and reduce scheduling conflicts, while leading new participant onboarding to support smooth transitions and strong program retention.

Before this, I supported daily coordination as an English Teacher & Athletic Coach, balancing academic and athletic program priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a self-employed founder and volleyball skills trainer, I designed personalized training programs, managed scheduling and client communications, tracked progress, and owned program logistics independently—translating that same operational discipline into people-centered service.
