At Waldo Pafford Elementary School, I design and deliver Georgia standards-based lessons in grammar, reading, writing, and social studies for elementary students. I manage two classes of 22â30 students while adapting instruction for diverse and unique learning needs.
I previously supported students as a paraprofessional, using performance data to create learning plans and operating the school computer lab. I introduced beginner coding through JavaScript and Python and maintained reliable technology resources for learning.
My background also includes teaching Kâ8 as a substitute teacher, tutoring history students at Wesleyan College, and supporting international and domestic learners with studying, writing, reading, and analysis.
Before education, I built and organized physical and digital archives at Colonial Oil Group, preserved museum materials at the 3rd Infantry Division Museum, and contributed to Wesleyan College's Oral History Project through interviewing, transcription, and digital archiving.
