I’m a Network Engineer with 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, and networking. I’m known for troubleshooting technical issues quickly, supporting customers and operations, and delivering effective solutions with strong communication and problem-solving.

At Movate, I provided technical support and troubleshooting for networking devices for global customers. I diagnosed and resolved LAN/WAN connectivity issues, assisted with device configuration and installation, and handled server-related tasks to unblock client problems.

I worked with GUI tools to analyze technical issues and evaluate end-user requirements. I also handled customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support, and supported electronic devices like systems, printers, and peripherals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

After a career hiatus for family responsibilities, I continued skill development by learning basic Cisco Certified Network Associate concepts and networking fundamentals. Now, I’m preparing to restart in a technical/support-oriented role—continuing to strengthen troubleshooting, communication, and time management while staying current with IT and networking trends.
