I’m a motivated IT engineer specializing in Computer Science, with a strong interest in networking and IT infrastructure. I’ve built a solid foundation through my BCA, with coursework that strengthened my grasp of operating systems and computer networks. I also hold a CCNA Basic Certification to deepen my networking fundamentals and troubleshooting approach.

In my recent role as a Network Administrator at Eduquity, I worked directly on diagnosing and resolving LAN/WAN connectivity issues. I supported desktops, printers, laptops, and peripherals, and I handled Windows operating system updates and boot-related troubleshooting. I also applied system-administration basics, including networking configuration and practical support for core infrastructure concepts.

I’m comfortable working across the full troubleshooting workflow—from identifying the root cause to implementing fixes. My technical toolkit includes DHCP, DNS, APIPA, OSI model concepts, and IP planning using subnetting and VLSM. I’ve also worked with VMware basics and practical skills like disk partitioning and understanding file systems to support day-to-day reliability.
