I am an entry-level Network Engineer with a B.Sc. (IT) and practical experience designing and configuring small office LANs using Cisco Packet Tracer. I have foundational knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, basic routing, and network security, and I apply strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve connectivity and configuration issues.
I am motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow through hands-on network support, desktop support, and infrastructure roles. I collaborate well in teams, communicate effectively with customers, and am committed to proactive learning to become a reliable IT professional.
