I’m a Principal/Staff Site Reliability Engineer with 14+ years of experience leading SRE and production support across JPMorgan Chase and now owning SRE for Morgan Stanley’s securities/trading middleware via Genpact. I drive large-scale reliability using end-to-end observability, incident triage and root cause analysis, and permanent remediation in regulated BFSI environments.
I’ve delivered measurable impact—~60% incident reduction and eliminated 2,000+ hrs/yr of toil through automation, platform engineering, and SRE best practices.
