What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level Microsoft/O365 support role in a customer-focused technical support environment where I can apply my BCA knowledge, complete role-specific training, and grow into a skilled Microsoft/O365 support professional.

As a private tutor in Mathematics and Computer Education, I explained computer-related concepts in simple language and adapted my explanations to different levels of understanding.

I communicated with students and parents to understand problems, answer questions, and provide clear solutions. I also managed schedules, follow-ups, and digital resources independently.

My BCA studies gave me foundational knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, databases, SQL, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I’m ready to complete role-specific Microsoft/O365 support training and assist users in a customer-facing support environment.
