I’m seeking remote customer service opportunities where strong organization, problem-solving, and customer-focused service can add value, with the ability to work independently in remote environments and adapt quickly to new systems.

I’m a customer service and retail professional with nearly four years of experience supporting backroom inventory processes, scanning and tracking products, and keeping sales floors stocked and organized. I collaborate with management and teammates to improve operational efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide consistent customer assistance in a fast-paced environment.

I also lead and support small teams with organizing inventory and preparing workflows for day-shift operations, and I trained and onboarded new employees on processes, workflows, and customer service expectations. I’m comfortable using inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, and remote collaboration tools, and I’m self-motivated working independently.
