What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can lead recruiting or operations, improve processes with data, develop teams, and build meaningful partnerships that strengthen community impact.

I co-directed Camp Bridges for Transplant Teens, an annual overnight program serving 20 pediatric transplant recipients while supervising 25 staff and volunteers.

I manage year-round camp planning, safety documentation, emergency preparedness, programming, décor, budget support, and donated and purchased supplies. I partner with healthcare professionals and nonprofit leadership to support campers’ medical, emotional, and recreational needs.

At The Home Depot, I led regional talent acquisition across more than 91 Southwest stores, reaching over 3,322 candidates in the 2022–2023 fiscal year. I handled full-cycle interviewing and onboarding, analyzed hiring projections, built hiring partnerships, and trained incoming specialists.

At Habitat for Humanity of Calhoun County, I managed retail, procurement, staffing, and a team of 21 contract and volunteer employees. After my onboarding, a new POS logging system increased average monthly store profits by 86.5% year over year.
