What I'm looking for

I seek a health services role to apply my Health Services Management training, lead teams, improve patient care and records quality, train staff, manage clinical operations, and grow into expanded leadership within a collaborative healthcare organization.

I am a dedicated health services professional with an Associate of Applied Science in Health Services Management and multiple certificates in health and pre-health studies. I hold up-to-date CPR certification and was certified in Health Services Management in December 2024.

In my current role as Medical Records Director I provide medical oversight, conduct chart reviews and daily audits, manage medical record requests, and implement measures to improve quality and safety. I trained a new hire to take over a prior position and drive process improvements.

My background includes social services work coordinating discharges and community resources, reception and bookkeeping with QuickBooks and accounts receivable, and hands-on patient care as an inpatient nurse technician and certified nursing assistant. I have run prior authorizations and supported clinicians with benefits and documentation.

I bring strong communication, leadership and training skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to exceptional patient care. I am motivated to continue learning, to coach colleagues, and to advance into expanded leadership responsibilities within healthcare operations.
