At the Department for Work and Pensions, I managed Universal Credit review casework, applied legislation and policy, and prepared evidence-based written decisions. I also designed a Power BI dashboard for the Swindon Universal Credit Review environment to show workload, service levels, quality and performance.
At the Centre for Biomedicine, Hull York Medical School, I coordinated research activities, maintained traceable study records and prepared reports on biological and sequence data. Earlier, at Karus Diagnostics / Medical Laboratory Services, I managed clinical sample workflows and maintained records in Laboratory Information Management Systems.
My work has also included supporting public-health surveillance programmes at The Carter Center and building dashboards for public-health and hospital operations data. I bring experience in government administration, program support and records management, with a focus on accurate, well-organised information.
