Developed automated data pipelines for collection, cleaning, analysis, and Power BI reporting for commercial and research projects, leveraging Python, R, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365. Built internal static reports and dynamic dashboards to support workshop delivery and resourcing, including web scraping for project recruitment and framework usage analysis.

Edited and reviewed research grant applications, including NHMRC Ideas Grant and Medical Research Future Fund submissions, and completed ongoing compliance. Composed and supported applications to secure $755,000 in funding for $1.6M total project support for local startup companies in Newcastle.

Analysed large-scale genomics data using HOMER command-line tools and R-based packages (edgeR, Bioconductor), then delivered insights through descriptive statistical analysis and visualisation. Used tools such as GraphPad Prism, geneCluster, and TreeView to communicate findings.

Processed and analysed biological data for ovarian cancer research, using statistical analysis and data visualisation to support project outcomes.
