At Flinders University, I develop information governance policies and frameworks while transitioning records and information management from manual workflows to digital service delivery.
I maintain and develop the University’s corporate EDRMS, including systems and tools that support access, storage, retention and disposal of information assets. I also contribute to a CAUL/ARDC working group improving research data lifecycle management across Australian and New Zealand universities.
At the Department for Education, I led a multidisciplinary team of ten across EDRMS management, records and archives, and business improvement. I developed and implemented information management policies and strategies and oversaw department-wide information disposal advice and services.
At the City of Charles Sturt, I led a team of six and managed upgrades to Council’s EDRMS, enterprise information management planning, and records compliance. Earlier, as a Business Support Officer, I supported IT across 15 locations and re-engineered workflow processes using lean thinking principles.
