I'm looking for a role where I can support customers and team operations through bilingual communication, accurate documentation, data entry, and adaptable computer skills.

I've delivered customer service and point-of-sale support at Balise’s Flash Car Wash since 2021, handling service questions, payments, incident-video reviews, and high-volume operations. I also supported machine-learning projects at Handshake AI, helping improve large language models across projects including Hedgehog and Public Spaces.

With a Justice Studies degree, a Cybersecurity minor, and Rhode Island government internship experience, I bring research, documentation, public-policy collaboration, and bilingual English-Spanish communication to administrative and customer-facing work.
