I’m a bilingual administrative professional with a wide range of employment knowledge across customer service, retail sales and marketing, and current office practices and procedures. I bring a welcoming, positive approach to every interaction, including handling Spanish-language support to assist customers to the best ability possible.

In my extern role as an Administrative Assistant, I greeted potential customers, answered phones, and scheduled appointments. I also organized customer invoices, informed customers when cars were ready for pick up, responded to general business inquiries, provided follow-up information, and routed calls to the appropriate staff.

I’m dependable and efficient, with strong aptitude to respond and execute delegated tasks in a timely manner. I work comfortably across communication—oral and written—while supporting clients with customer service etiquette, client network support, and data entry tasks using the Microsoft Office Suite.
