I’m looking for a role where I can lead teams on the floor, own KPI monitoring and reporting, and improve processes while resolving complex customer issues with speed and compliance.

I’m an administrative professional with 6+ years of experience delivering high-volume customer support, handling complex escalations, and strengthening day-to-day operations through better processes. I bring a results-oriented approach to problem solving, documentation, and performance follow-through.

As a Shift Manager, I supervise frontline teams and provide real-time operational support while resolving complex customer inquiries. I manage over 200 escalations daily, act as the primary point of contact for high-level issues, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coordinate with executive-level and cross-functional departments to ensure compliance and timely resolutions. I also conduct performance and behavioral evaluations to help teams improve and stay aligned.

Earlier roles added depth across customer service, banking support, and aviation passenger service, along with administrative experience from an internship supporting procurement, inventory control, and document management.
