What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support customers and patients with careful, reliable communication—handling scheduling, records, and follow-ups—while keeping everything organized and clean. I want to keep learning, improve processes, and help others succeed.

I put my all into everything I do, because that’s how I was trained. I treat every day like there will be a review from a general manager, and every customer like they could be a secret shopper looking to review me and the company I work for.

In my most recent role as a Virtual Administrative Assistant, I held conversations with patients over the phone and through secure messages, booked appointments, uploaded documents, processed medical record transfer requests, and updated insurance information. I also handled prior authorizations for medications and procedures and initiated prescription refills while upholding C-I-CARE values across every interaction.

I bring strong customer service and operational reliability from years in retail and service roles, including customer assistance, payments, troubleshooting, and keeping busy front lines running smoothly. I’m comfortable multi-tasking, maintaining accurate records, and keeping environments clean, well-stocked, and ready for customers.

I’ve also managed animal-care responsibilities as a Companion Animal Leader and built customer trust through education and attentive support. I enjoy improving and advancing, and I like helping other employees do the same—especially by staying organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
