I'm looking to lead HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and workforce planning in an organization where I can partner with leadership and use HR analytics to improve retention, compliance, and employee experience.

At Axium Global India, I manage the full employee lifecycle for the Pune branch while leading recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, HR reporting, and office administration. Previously, at Expert Global Solutions deputed at Bosch, I managed end-to-end recruitment and maintained HR compliance and employee records with zero audit findings.
