I’m a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional with 3+ years of progressive HR experience, specializing in end-to-end recruitment, team leadership, and strategic workforce planning. In my current role as a Senior HR Executive at Cloudnet Global Pvt Ltd, I lead full-cycle talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles within defined timelines. I also manage onboarding and offboarding, administer HRIS for workforce analytics (attendance, leaves, and employee login/logout data), and oversee compensation and payroll accuracy and compliance.

I previously worked as a Senior HR Executive at Mappsink Advisory Pvt Ltd, where I spearheaded recruitment across multiple departments and reduced average time-to-fill.
