I'm seeking a remote international opportunity in Customer Success, Account Management, Key Account Management, Client Success, B2B Sales, or Business Development, where I can strengthen customer relationships, resolve operational issues, and support long-term retention.

At Shree Ambica Motors, I manage key customers and fleet operators as the primary contact for account needs, service requirements, complaints, and escalations. I coordinate with workshops, service, sales, and internal teams to drive timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

I've supported commercial-vehicle customers across breakdowns, repairs, warranty claims, AMC concerns, Fleet Management Systems, and Tata Motors FleetEdge. I take ownership of cases through closure while providing proactive after-sales support that helps retain long-term customer relationships.

Previously, I supported FleetEdge adoption and commercial vehicle sales, including lead follow-up, customer requirement analysis, quotations, negotiation, documentation, and delivery coordination.
