I’m a Customer Success and Key Account Management professional with 8+ years of B2B SaaS experience across MarTech, FinTech, LogisticsTech, and US Healthcare verticals. I specialize in owning mid-market and enterprise accounts end-to-end, from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion.

My work sits at the intersection of revenue and relationships. I carry expansion targets, grow NRR through structured upsell and cross-sell, and manage C-level stakeholder relationships across complex enterprise accounts.

I’ve also built and led CS teams, designing playbooks, health score frameworks, and performance structures that improve team output and customer outcomes simultaneously.
