I’m looking for a Talent Acquisition role where I can own full-cycle hiring remotely, manage multiple client priorities, and coordinate cross-border hiring—using behavioral assessment and strong stakeholder partnership to deliver high-quality candidates.

I’m a Talent Acquisition professional who partners with clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia to deliver end-to-end recruitment. In my remote setup, I manage multiple priorities confidently while keeping the process structured and candidate-focused.

At Pave Group, I own full-cycle hiring—from job intake and sourcing strategy to screening, interview coordination, and offer management. I support 5–7 concurrent clients and handle 22 open positions simultaneously, spanning industries such as data center (EPCC), renewable energy (solar), industrial automation, lighting solutions, and tuition centers.

Because I value quality beyond speed, I combine stakeholder management with candidate assessment, including behavioral evaluation and cultural fit considerations. I conduct high-volume screening (5–8 interviews daily) and use psychological tools like DISC and CFIT to produce clear, decision-ready candidate reports for clients.

I also bring an HR operations foundation from earlier roles, including managing civil servant data using the SIASN system and operating performance management workflows via E-Kinerja. I enjoy mentoring others as well—training and monitoring new junior consultants to ensure consistently strong candidate delivery.
