As a Centre Manager- Operations, I lead a team of 15 healthcare professionals and mentor multidisciplinary groups to improve collaboration, accountability, and performance engagement. I manage resource planning, budget alignment, and cost control to deliver quality services while achieving operational targets.

I drive measurable outcomes through operational KPIs and standardized performance tracking—introducing weekly KPI reviews via Power BI insights with clinical and admin teams to monitor trends, variance, and improvement opportunities. I also implement technology solutions, including electronic medical record (EMR) systems, to enhance operational effectiveness.

Beyond day-to-day execution, I strengthen business growth through valued proposition development and “initiating B2B tie-up for revenue generation and expansion of services.” I actively safeguard statutory/regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness, including NABH and JCI standards, while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and IT to continuously improve processes.
