I'm looking to drive healthcare operations, quality improvement, patient experience, and data-informed decisions while growing in roles that connect clinical workflows, digital health, and service delivery.

I'm leading a 14-member clinic team at Hoola Health (formerly BabyMD), overseeing seven-day front-of-house operations, ER data, OPD queuing, staffing, procurement, inventory, billing, memberships, and parent escalations at its highest-footfall clinic.

At MedTourEasy, I built dashboards for clinical and financial KPIs across three regions, analysing a 322K+ revenue baseline across 1,000 patient encounters to support Q2 resource allocation. I also assessed workforce friction and HR metrics to identify leadership bottlenecks and restructuring opportunities.

During my operations internship at Narayana Health, I analysed 100+ KPIs using Excel and Tableau, helping reduce process timelines by 15–20% and improve accreditation readiness by 28%. My clinical foundation in dentistry and experience managing patient records, EMR/HIS workflows, quality audits, and digital-health adoption help me connect patient care with operational performance.
