At TheBlueprint Media, I serve as the sole in-house IT administrator for a 150-person organization. I implemented a Jira-based ticketing system and led a server infrastructure upgrade that improved database performance for the accounting department.
I also deployed and manage MDM enrollment and policies for approximately 300 corporate devices, and supported the successful migration of corporate email to Microsoft Exchange with external specialists.
