I’m an Associate Systems Engineer focused on endpoint, identity, and network administration—bringing order to day-to-day IT operations and keeping SaaS environments running smoothly. In my current role, I manage Intune, Jamf, and Okta while providing support to company users worldwide.
I combine systems administration with security oversight by administering security control systems like Kisi and Meraki. I also support Meraki network systems and maintain security control operations so teams can work with confidence.
Previously, I supported IT asset management and physical inventory, handled asset purchasing, and worked with monitoring and troubleshooting tools including Zabbix. I’ve also administered Windows Server environments (including 2008/2012 R2/2016/2019), implemented Active Directory, and supported Exchange and VPN/file sharing services.
I’ve further strengthened my application-support background through enterprise software support, database backup/restore, and SharePoint portal development and integration with MyPortal services. I’m driven by hands-on troubleshooting, clear documentation, and using the right tooling—whether it’s Veeam/Acronis backups, ServiceDeskPlus, or Jira and Confluence—to deliver dependable outcomes.
