I’m a multilingual business owner with extensive international experience in customer relations, sales, business management, logistics, and operations. I’ve built strong client relationships through clear communication and dependable follow-through across multicultural environments.

For seven years (2017–2024) in Portugal, I founded and managed a clothing manufacturing and private label business. I handled customer acquisition, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and after-sales support, while continuously improving the customer experience.

I also owned the operational side of growth—coordinating inventory, logistics, and order fulfilment, negotiating with suppliers, and making daily budgeting and commercial decisions. When issues came up, I focused on resolution and customer satisfaction, ensuring accounts stayed healthy and productive.

Before that, I worked as a Logistics Operator in Switzerland (2014–2017), managing warehouse operations and inventory control and collaborating across departments to keep workflows efficient. I now want remote opportunities in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, Sales Support, or Business Development.
