At Nestlé Indonesia, I lead agronomic initiatives across grain supplier networks, improving soil health, crop productivity, traceability, and regenerative agriculture adoption. I work with more than 30 farmer groups and supplier agronomists supporting soybean, rice, and mung bean production systems.

I've established regenerative agriculture partnerships across more than 200 hectares, increased soil organic matter by 10% in pilot plots, improved average crop productivity by 20%, and reduced agricultural greenhouse gas emissions by 25% versus conventional farming systems. My work combines soil surveys, GIS-based sampling, carbon footprint assessments, nutrient management, and farmer workshops to turn field data into practical improvements.

I also bring data analytics and research experience from Home Credit Indonesia and Sebelas Maret University, using Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and geospatial tools to process data, build dashboards, and support evidence-based decisions. I'm passionate about environmental conservation, technology, data analytics, and community empowerment.
