I co-founded Seraphim Concierge and grew it from €10k to €25k MRR in four months, serving 25+ UHNWI accounts and processing €100k+ in monthly volume. I lead client acquisition, partnerships, sales pipeline management, and AI-automated operations.
At Tezos, I drove adoption for the Layer 1 and Etherlink EVM Layer 2, supporting a 50k-member community. I helped developers and users onboard with 95%+ satisfaction, managed support across Discord, Telegram, and Zendesk, and deployed Apple Farm, an incentive program that distributed $6M in six months.
Previously at SACEM, I launched three digital products—MusicStart, AnoteMusic, and ReSol—taking them from market research and deployment strategy through go-to-market, partnerships, and P&L responsibility. Together, these products grew to €1M+ ARR and 35% annual growth.
