At Motive Technologies, I own the technical health of 20 strategic, enterprise, and mid-market accounts across device health, fleet SaaS performance, and integrations. I resolved churn-driving issues for four escalated accounts, protecting more than $300K in net ARR in one quarter.
I investigate API, integration, data, and platform issues using SQL, Postman, Redash, and Tableau, then partner with Product and Engineering on root-cause analysis, escalations, and roadmap feedback. Previously, I resolved 60+ complex support tickets weekly for North American enterprise clients while sustaining 98% CSAT in my final quarter as a Senior TSE.
I've been promoted twice in under three years at Motive and now mentor five TSEs and Senior TSEs while coaching 20+ TSEs across the organization. Earlier, I monitored power systems across 3,500+ sites as a NOC Engineer, and I'm a PEC-registered Electrical Engineer.
