What I'm looking for
I work as a Home Office Executive Officer handling complex immigration cases, including detailed immigration decisions. I make judgement-based decisions using policy and evidence, review or sign off work completed by AOs, and manage escalations, complaints, or sensitive cases while communicating with stakeholders such as legal teams and other departments.
Previously, as a Home Office Administrative Officer, I processed applications including visas and immigration cases. I reviewed documents, checked eligibility, updated systems, maintained accurate records, and communicated with applicants and internal teams.
