What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an operations and technology leadership role where I can drive process improvement, manage teams and budgets, and build Appian solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction while continuing to grow in leadership.

I’m an operations and IT leader with 9+ years of experience, and I’m currently working as an Operations Officer focused on daily execution, efficiency, and profitability. I strengthen performance through strategic planning, process improvement, staff supervision, and clear operational policies that support client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

I’ve also built my technical foundation around Appian work—architecting, designing, analyzing, and delivering solutions as a Software/Technology professional. In roles like Lead Software Developer and Technology Consultant, I guided teams while contributing hands-on to complex Appian projects and solution architecture.

To deepen my leadership and decision-making, I’m pursuing an Executive MBA from IIM Lucknow (EMBA, 2023–2024). I’m now combining operational rigor with technology consulting to help organizations run smoothly, improve outcomes, and deliver results that stand up to real-world operational demands.
