I’m a Product Manager with 8+ years’ experience across SaaS and mobile, specialising in turning ambiguous customer and business problems into measurable outcomes. I lead product strategy from discovery to delivery, with a focus on clear success criteria, risk reduction, and shipping features that create real customer and business value.

In my recent role, I owned and prioritised a SaaS product roadmap centered on generative AI capabilities. By making trade-offs under technical and commercial constraints, I improved task efficiency and outcomes—driving faster task completion and improved client satisfaction—while partnering closely with senior leadership across product and engineering.

Previously, I led Tribal’s first global mobile app for Gen‑Z learners on iOS and Android, shaping vision, roadmap, and prioritisation using the Tribal Spear framework (based on BSI Double Diamond). I introduced product analytics to inform investment decisions and improved accessibility to meet WCAG standards across the mobile experience.

I’ve consistently driven scalable delivery by setting priorities, coaching Agile product practices across workstreams, and establishing predictable release cadences. I also supported Tribal’s transition to a SaaS model and expansion across North America & APAC, including stakeholder alignment, budgeting support, and mentoring junior Product Owners to improve product maturity.
