What I'm looking for

I’m actively transitioning into Customer Success, Client Onboarding, and Implementation roles within SaaS environments focused on adoption and retention.

At AMC Engineering College, I responded to prospective students’ questions about programs, admissions, and eligibility. I also managed lead records and follow-ups through CRM systems, while supporting applicant communications and documentation.

As a Recruitment Consultant at RelixHR Consultancy, I sourced and screened candidates, coordinated interviews, and maintained candidate records and talent pipelines. Earlier, as an HR Recruiter at Hinduja Global Solutions, I supported recruitment activities and onboarding documentation.
