I have hands-on experience monitoring user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines and removing inappropriate material such as hate speech, harassment, and misinformation.

At GearInc and FloatingNumbers I worked as a Process Associate, enforcing policy and ensuring platform safety. I collaborate with teams to identify risks, escalate complex cases, and maintain consistent quality in content review.

I hold a Diploma in Information Technology, ITI training, and a Bachelor of Arts in progress at Netaji Subhas Open University, alongside certificates in Communicative English and office administration. These programs strengthened my technical grounding and administrative capabilities.
