I am an analytical business operations analyst with a background in hospitality operations and data-driven decision making. I combine Excel, Power BI and business-system knowledge to turn operational data into measurable improvements.

In my recent role I tracked hotel and F&B KPIs, validated system rollouts, and redesigned workflows, achieving profitability and efficiency gains while reducing errors and payroll costs. I also supported budgeting and forecasting with scenario modelling to maintain costs near targets.
