In my current role as an Officer at Param | Pramerica Life Insurance, I manage sales performance and territory growth, and I run financial security and cybersecurity awareness seminars for institutions to build relationships and generate leads. I use data and market analysis to identify potential customer segments and tailor product offerings.

Earlier, I strengthened daily operations and client communication as an Executive at XTM Technologies, and I ensured strict safety and regulatory compliance as a Security Executive at SpiceJet Ltd. I also led full-cycle hiring, onboarding, and employee relations as an HR Manager at Luit Aqua—experience that shapes how I communicate, coordinate teams, and make high-pressure decisions. Alongside my work, I’m pursuing an M. Sc. in Data Science & Analytics to sharpen how I apply analytics for market trends and performance.
