What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities that offer career growth.

At Jollibee Foods Corporation Employees’ Multi-purpose Cooperative, I assisted members with loan applications by email, at events, and in person. I checked that documents and details were complete, handled personal data securely, and worked to improve service turnaround time and member satisfaction.

I addressed member concerns and coordinated feedback and possible service improvements with my team. After a year as a loan assistant, I was promoted to Loans Specialist.

At Amazon Logistics, I supported delivery drivers and customers with shipment tracking, navigation assistance, and route coordination. I monitored package statuses in logistics management systems and resolved last-mile operational issues.
