Arleen Kaur

I am a motivated and adaptable professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Manitoba. My work experience spans customer service, hospitality, and direct sales, where I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

As a fundraiser with Cultiv8 Marketing, I gained hands-on experience in face-to-face customer engagement, promoting campaigns, and encouraging community support. This role strengthened my confidence, resilience, and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds while effectively handling objections and delivering results.

In my previous role at Junior’s Restaurant, I worked in a fast-paced environment where I provided excellent customer service, handled transactions, and supported team operations. This experience taught me the importance of efficiency, teamwork, and maintaining high standards in busy settings.

In addition to my professional experience, I have volunteered as a canvasser, further enhancing my ability to communicate clearly and build trust within the community.
