What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to maintain and improve stable IT operations while expanding my skills in cybersecurity, AI, automation, cloud-focused systems integration, and long-term technical problem-solving.

At Horst Pöppel Spedition, I operate and optimize VMware infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, virtual machines, and standardized templates.

I keep business-critical logistics systems—including WinSped, WebSped, and DMS—available and evolving through user access management, databases, interfaces, and XRechnung integration. I also manage incident, change, and release processes while coordinating solutions with business teams, developers, and service providers.

I helped migrate Oracle to Microsoft SQL Server by building the test environment, analyzing database structures, and resolving data-type issues through production deployment. I also supported a NetScreen-to-Fortinet firewall migration across more than seven company locations.

I enjoy systematically analyzing incidents, finding root causes, and implementing long-term solutions for stable operations. I continue developing my skills in cybersecurity, AI, cloud-focused systems integration, automation, and IT service management.
