I've delivered and managed enterprise insurance and fraud-detection platforms for Nagarro and Tata Consultancy Services, leading teams of up to 40+ associates across India and client locations in the Netherlands.
In my current fraud-detection engagement, I lead around 20 data scientists and data engineers, streamlining operations while working as Scrum Master and Project Manager in Jira. I previously managed five applications for a Japanese life-insurance client, improving accountability and billability across complex application interfaces.
At TCS, I managed TCS BαNCS implementations for insurance clients in the Netherlands and India, spanning requirements, solutioning, delivery planning, cost estimation, production support, and stakeholder governance. I've also supervised SSO implementation, AWS migration, and DevOps integration for deployment and defect handling.
I bring hands-on experience in business analysis, Oracle databases, Java development, Scrum governance, defect triage, and client-facing delivery. I'm focused on practical solutions that improve operations, reduce cost, and help teams deliver reliably.

Led the implementation of TCS BαNCS (Integrated Insurance Management System) for a reputed insurance client, managing high-volume interface channels. Overcame cloud-based security challenges using AWS WAF and utilized Scrum methodologies for development.
TCS BαNCS (Integrated Insurance Management System) provides a complete end-to-end solution for the insurance business supporting all mainstream products, sales channels and lifecycle functionalities including customer management, product definition, policy administration, claims management, insurance accounting and reinsurance.
TCS BαNCS (Integrated Insurance Management System)’s Non-Life Insurance part was implemented for a domestic client. This was an end-to-end application functionality rollout for this client. I was inducted here to build a robust mechanism of storing and updating Third Party Vehicle insurance premium mapping which was previously stored in a rule engine.
: TCS BαNCS (Integrated Insurance Management System)’s Life Insurance part was implemented for DPLI including Unit Linked policy administration. It partnered with TCS to use TCS BαNCS as a platform for their end-to-end operations ranging from policy onboarding, claim settlement, accounting to commission payout. This was mostly a learning phase.
