At Shenzhen Boolv Technology Co., Ltd., I supported user operations for BOOLVIDEO’s overseas AI video-generation products. I analyzed competitors and user reviews, recommended changes to the user flow, and helped increase likes on community announcements by 75% compared with the previous quarter.
I also worked on email reactivation and Stripe dispute resolution at Shenzhen Boolv Technology Co., Ltd., and contributed as a Research Assistant to a Ministry of Education-approved project on empirical research methods courses.
