I’m an improvement-driven Quality Senior Analyst with 8 years of experience in quality and data analysis, along with team leadership. I focus on helping projects handle and improve quality performance while driving measurable growth through efficient resource management and data-driven results.

In my current role, I lead a team of quality auditors across different programs, providing supervision, feedback, and ongoing monitoring to maintain and exceed target performance. I’ve also launched and pioneered multiple LOBs/programs under the same project while onboarding new resources, and I manage billing attainment for multiple resources on a weekly basis.

I also support coaching and compliance targets monthly, and I bring strong analytical execution using digital tools for computation and visualization. Earlier in my career as an Operations Assistant, I supported loan applicants with amortization documentation and records—work that shaped my attention to detail and process discipline.
